Promoting industrial growth and safeguarding the interests of our member traders and industrialists — through advocacy, essential services, and a strong, united community.
Founded in 1987, the Federal B. Area Association of Trade & Industry (FBATI) came into existence with clear objectives: to promote industrial activity in the area and to contribute positively to the economic well-being of the country by enhancing industrial production.
A 12-member Executive Committee, headed by the President, addresses the genuine problems of area industries — matters of policy, levies, cesses, infrastructure development, law & order, and the smooth provision of utility services.

"Our mandate is simple — to remove the obstacles that hold our industries back, and to give every member a stronger voice."
The 12-member Executive Committee devotedly addresses the genuine problems relating to area industries — policy, levies, cesses, infrastructure, law & order and utilities.
